Seasonal Affective Disorder

When the clouds gather we become gloomy; when we see the sun we feel energetic.

Much as the winter season is more cloudy, we hear of the 'winter blues'.

When the sunny summer weather comes, we find the energy and enthusiasm we missed all winter.

Of course, there are places in the world where sunshine is present all day long and exists for the majority of the year.
