Littering

Canada has a different approach on prevention of littering. They have a sign on the highway which simply states, "Please Keep Canada Beautiful".

In the U.S., we have a more stringent approach to handling litter violators.

On I-190 west from Boston there is a $500 fine.

Within Boston city limits, however, the fine is a surprising $10,000 fine.
