Ingredients:
Soak 1 cup oatmeal in 1 cup water overnight.
Soak 1 Tbsp. raisins and nuts or seeds in water overnight
In the morning, simply drain all the water off.
Add ingredients in 2 bowls and pour on rice milk.
Add honey to taste. Serves 1 or 2.

Raw Oatmeal Breakfast Cereal
Though this is not the breakfast of champions, it is still an incredibly yummy breakfast, grains are not part of my idea of a pure rawtarian diet, although it does qualify as a healthy vegetarian breakfast option. It is low in calories and fat and makes a very satisfying breakfast.
