DELICIOUS and SUPERFANTASTIC SMOOTHIE RECIPE!

Hey folks! I just created this smoothie made by using frozen / fresh vegetables and by adding a delicious twist of ginger. It is the type of recipe that is flexible. Feel free to replace an ingredient if you would like. Nonetheless, if you make it, please comment on how well you enjoyed it (or not?). And, if you changed it, please post the change and the results.

Ginger-Veggie Smoothie
Add all these ingredients in a blender for 3-5 minutes and savor the flavor! -Makes nearly 1 quart of fresh, yummy juice. :))

3 cups water
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 of one large, fresh zucchini
1/2 c. frozen corn
1/4 c. frozen string beans
3/4 c. frozen sweet peas
1/4 c. frozen lima beans
1 inch peeled, fresh ginger root
