The Good Effects of Coffee

There are articles and studies which indicate or prove that coffee is either good or bad for any number of reasons.

Here's my thought: Is it possible that organizations may finance the studies to support their own products, such as tea or cola? How is it possible that coffee is healthy one day and unhealthy when the next study is released?

If our concern is health, there are other things on which we can focus. Some things may include:

1) Be optimistic;
2) Meditate;
3) Eat a well-balanced diet plus 40% fresh vegetables;
4) Balance your income to your out-go;
5) Simplify your life;
6) Exercise with aerobics and calisthetics;
7) Pray daily;
8) Allow time for private study of the Bible;
9) Discover the meaning behind the 10 Commandments;
10) Maintain a happy, committed and monogamous relationship with a member of the opposite sex;
11) Define and keep the Sabbath and Holy Days;
12) Learn God's will for our lives;
13) Keep friendships alive.
