Spinach and Basil Pesto

1 1/2 cups packed fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup packed fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh almonds
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Put in food processor or blender until it has a thick, creamy consistency. This recipe yields one cup of this delightful dressing for use with bread, fish, chicken, beef, pasta including lasagna, etc. Use any number of ways because it is very versatile. Enjoy!
