U.S. Living Will Registry with links to documents used in individual states

I found the above link in a newspaper, but unfortunately I forgot which paper it was, nonetheless, it is something which I feel compelled to include as a reference along with the next post entitled, "Aging With Dignity".

"Although most experts agree that someone should witness the signing of these documents, notarizing it is another safety step, Carney says."

"Even if you pull it down from a website, it may not be perfect, but it will give the medical profession and family instructions as to their wished," says Stanley Johanson, a professor at the University of Texas School of Law. "It's better than doing nothing at all."
