We All Believe In Something

Let go of pride, ego and opinions. Open your mind. Admit your errors and forgive those of others. Relquishment will lead to increasing calmness and a healing in your relationships. Accept misfortune as a blessing. Do not wish for perfect health or a life without problems. What would you talk about? Be here right now, in the now. Be someplace else later. There is no escaping reality, however there is radical acceptance. The Torah says, "Love thy neighbor as thyself. However Buddha says there is no "self." But if there is no self, whose arthritis is this? Wherever you go, there you are. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step in the right direction.
