Public access television series

For the first time in my life, I stood in front of a camera and spoke about the rawtarian diet. I spoke about it as a lifestyle, including challenges to make changes in exercise habits (i.e., walk around the mall); improve diet (i.e., add fresh produce); improve attitude (i.e., get out in the sunshine); increase knowledge (i.e., learn something every day), etc. All are appropriate changes for anyone with a desire to improve their mind, body and spirit. The half hour show has already aired four times. By the way, I do appreciate all the emails and comments about how much all of you have enjoyed the show. I will be filming another show next week. All of you are welcome to inquire about the time we will be filming. You may want to be there to get a sample of the goodies I will prepare on the show! Yummy! Be well.
